Easy Paints (Custom Paints & Coatings) is a Kenyan paint, adhesive, detergent, glass-putty and solvent supplier and applicator based in Karen, Nairobi. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Easy Paints. "You" refers to any visitor to this website or anyone who contacts us through it.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information you actively give us, and a minimal amount of technical information needed to run the site reliably.
- ● Contact details you submit: name, phone number, email (optional), site location, and any message you write on the Free Estimate, Quote, or Contact forms.
- ● Technical information: IP address, browser user-agent string, and the page you came from — captured at the moment you submit a form, used only to deter spam.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not buy or sell personal data.
3. How we use your information
- ● To respond to your enquiry — call you back, send a quote, or arrange a site visit.
- ● To service the project you have engaged us for — scheduling, supervision, invoicing.
- ● To contact you with follow-up information about your project (with your consent).
- ● To improve our service quality through anonymised reporting.
4. Who sees your information
Your details are seen only by Easy Paints staff who need them to do their job (the customer-care team, your project supervisor, and the directors). We do not share your information with third parties, except where required by Kenyan law.
5. How long we keep it
Lead and quote requests are kept for 24 months from your last contact. Project records (invoices, scope documents) are kept for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.
6. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to function. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete any information we hold about you at any time. Write to info@easypaints.co.ke with the subject line "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
