1. Acceptance

By using this website (easypaints.co.ke and its sub-pages) or by submitting an enquiry to Easy Paints, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About us

Easy Paints is a trading name of Custom Paints & Coatings, based in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya. We supply and apply paints, adhesives, glass putty, detergents, and solvents across Kenya.

3. Quotes and estimates

• ● All quotes given before a site visit are indicative ranges only based on the information you supply.
• ● A written quote issued after our free site visit is valid for 30 days from issue and is binding once signed by both parties.
• ● The price you sign is the price you pay — provided the scope and material specification stay the same. Any change you request mid-project will be re-quoted in writing before work continues.

4. Payment

• ● Standard projects: 50% deposit on signing the quote, 40% on the day work begins, 10% on satisfactory completion and snag clearance.
• ● Bulk material supply: payment terms agreed in writing per order.
• ● Late payment may attract interest at 2% per month on overdue balances.

5. Warranty

We provide a service warranty of 12 months on standard interior repaints, 24 months on premium-package projects, and 24 months on roof and exterior waterproofing systems applied by our crew, against defects arising from workmanship or product failure under normal conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from leaks, structural movement, third-party works, or wear from misuse.

6. Use of the website

The content on this site (text, images, code) is provided for your information. You may not republish, resell, or systematically scrape it without our written permission. Brand names, logos, and product photography on this site are the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party links

We sometimes link to third-party sites (e.g., WhatsApp, social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any project is limited to the value of the work performed under the relevant signed quote. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of business, loss of rent).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
